ViaVerbiaViaVerbia provides translation services, as well as services for the creation and integrated management of multilingual websites in all European languages and their regional variants, together with Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Russian and Turkish. We are based in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, in the heart of Europe. Furthermore, we are located in the centre of the triangle formed by Brussels (Belgium), Strasbourg (France) and Luxembourg City, homes to the headquarters of the main European institutions. We are also only a stone's throw away from the Dutch and German cities of Maastricht and Aachen.
We place particular emphasis on welcoming and listening to our prospective and existing customers in order to meet their expectations as closely as possible. Our team consists of multilingual project managers and translators, web designers, web programmers, computer graphics artists, e-marketing and search engine marketing specialists, and programmers specialising in localisation and internationalisation of software and associated documentation Our secure facilities and equipment enable us to guarantee continuity of service. We are very aware of the issue of computer viruses, and have equipped ourselves with a continually updated antivirus procedure to protect the integrity of our customers' electronic files and computer systems. ViaVerbia is managed by Arnaud Vertcour-Monami, holder of a translation degree and higher IT diploma, and Philippe Lognoul, holder of a translation degree Arnaud is responsible for the back office. Philippe oversees the front office, including European business development. He benefits from 11 years' experience managing a translation company (Vice & Versa, Belgium), and 12 years as a translator. Francis Massin looks after ViaVerbia's business development in Asia and the US, together with relationships with key accounts and institutions. Francis studied chemical engineering at the University of Liège (Belgium) and graduated in management from the Solvay Business School in Brussels. Over 1.300 businesses and organisations have placed their trust in us. We would like to take the opportunity to thank them here In order to meet the needs both of our existing customers and of the new customers we welcome each day, we are continually expanding our international network of over 1.500 independent, qualified, experienced and specialised translators. Thanks to this broad network of translators, we are able to work in virtually any specialist area. When asked to take on work on a subject that we have not previously dealt with, we use a specific methodology for recruiting and selecting specialist translators. For example, we recently put together a team to translate technical manuals relating to equipment used exclusively on deep sea oil platforms. ViaVerbia is pleased to count among its customers SMEs and major companies like Accor, Coca-Cola, Hugo Boss, Lecler, Neuhaus, Omega Pharma, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Reebok, Renault, Suez, Suzuki, Vinci Construction Grands Projets, Vredestein and many others |
