Our translation and revision prices

To find out exactly how much a translation will cost, the easiest way is to ask for a free quotation. You will then have a definite fixed price before the translation is done. If you wish to receive our full price conditions, you can ask for them by email.

If you simply want to have an approximate idea, multiply the number of words in your document by 0.12 (*). (To find out the number of words in your Word document, choose the Word Count option in the Tools menu and click on the Include footnotes and endnotes option.) Our price varies according to how difficult and technical the text is, the language combination, the delivery date, etc.

Payment terms: 10 days from date of invoice

Additional costs

• Graphic files (PDF, etc.), PowerPoint, Excel and hard copies: +10%
• For work requiring special or terminology research, this price may be increased.
