Why have your documents translated straight away in their initial format?

Translation according to a traditional 6-stage process
Who? Stages
You 1. You have to copy the content to be translated into the technical file;
2. then paste the content to be translated into a text editor.
Your translation agency 3. Translates the content in the text editor.
You 4. You must then copy the translation into the text editor;
5. paste the translation into the technical file;
6. check the formatting in the technical file.

Translation according to a traditional 6-stage process

With the traditional approach, you extract the text in Word (*.doc or *.docx) or Excel format, send it to a translation agency and collect the translation, which you then still have to put back into the original format.

There is therefore a risk of corrupting your file and damaging its quality: loss of accented characters, font conflicts, etc., especially if you, or your provider, are not familiar with the language you are dealing with.

You also increase the number of people involved in your project and this increases the risk of errors, delays and additional costs.

Translation using the ViaVerbia process
Who? Stages
No work for you to do 1+2. We translate the content and check the formatting straight away.
You thus save on 4 stages!

Translation using the ViaVerbia process

To save you time and money, our translators work directly in the source file: you no longer need to go through the copy and paste stage before you can use your translation.

As well as a significant time saving, our experienced computer graphic designers, IT specialists and internal reviewers will check the end quality so that you can publish your texts immediately without having to carry out any more work on them.
